More Than Just A Cafe
Alison’s Café is more than somewhere to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. Set amongst the beautiful grounds of the Historic Wyong Milk Factory Grounds, it’s a place to slow down, relax and enjoy the little things.
Step inside our recently refurbished café and you’ll be greeted by a warm, welcoming team who are here to make you feel right at home. Settle in for breakfast, lunch, coffee or something sweet, and take your time.
Then step outside and there’s even more to discover. Say hello to our resident cows - Claire & Vegemite (On Weekends) and the chickens, let the kids burn off some energy in the outdoor playground, or take a leisurely stroll through the grounds down towards the beautiful Wyong River and check out the onsite specialty shops.
Whether you’re meeting friends, enjoying a family day out, visiting the WMF Weekly Markets, stopping in on your travels or simply looking for a great local café to call your own, Alison’s is a place to eat, explore, relax and enjoy.
Come for the coffee,
Stay for the experience.
Good Food. Great Coffee. Good Times.

The Story
From a working dairy to a place for the community.
Long before it became a place for coffee, food, markets and family days out, the Wyong Milk Factory was part of the Central Coast’s thriving dairy industry.
The historic site has a long connection with local farming and dairy production, with milk from surrounding farms being brought to the factory to be processed and distributed throughout the region. For generations, the site was part of everyday life in Wyong and played an important role in the local community.
Today, the historic buildings and surrounding grounds have been given a new lease on life. While the days of milk processing are behind us, the spirit of the place continues — bringing people together to eat, explore, relax and enjoy time with family and friends.
The grounds are now home to a collection of experiences, including Alison’s Café, The Tavern, Specialty Stores, Markets, Events & Functions, Family Activities and plenty of open space to explore. You can enjoy a coffee or meal, say hello to the resident cows and chickens, let the kids play, wander through the grounds or take a stroll towards the beautiful Wyong River.
There’s something special about a place that has been part of the local community for so long — and we’re proud to be part of its next chapter.
